[C]umbrian public relations company One Little Bird is proving that local businesses can thrive and grow. The award nominated business is making some exciting new changes to reflect its success so far in the industry: it has recently hired two new staff members, and has built on this growth by moving into a brand new, chic, and professional premises.
Proudly joining the existing team of four are Lucinda Messenger, as PR executive, and Phoebe Tilzey, as PR apprentice. Lucinda, who lives in Bridekirk, has previous PR experience gained through internships in London and Phoebe, from Wythop, will be learning on the job. They are taking their place with the company in an all new office, in Tithe House on Station Street in Cockermouth
The office space is situated in the freshly renovated first floor of the old auction house and became One Little Bird’s new home at the start of September.
After four years of success in the industry, One Little Bird has more exciting times ahead – by the end of the year, the number of staff will have nearly doubled to seven. The team is also in the running for a prestigious CIPR industry award to be announced this November.
