Piers Morton, Branch Manager

[O]ne of Cumbria’s most progressive and well-known Estate Agencies H&H King has announced today that they are relocating their current Carlisle premises to a more high profile corner position on Lowther Street. In times where some estate agents have shifted their emphasis to online services, H&H King is determined to demonstrate its commitment to the personal and professional approach by raising their profile on the high street.

Part of the H&H Group plc, H&H King has been their face of residential sales and lettings since the year 2000.  During this time they have established a sound reputation across the North-west of England for quality service and extensive knowledge.  Last year it opened a new branch in Penrith and has offices under the Michael CL Hodgson Brand in Kendal and Grange over Sands.

H&H King will open their new office doors at 2-2A Lowther Street, on the corner with Warwick Road, the former Aga shop, in mid November. It will be managed by Piers Morton with a team of four staff  who will provide a residential sales and residential lettings service. Competitive rates, a personal approach and regular client contact are the cornerstones of a successful and productive property business.

Giving background to this move, Colin Tomlinson, Residential Sales Director at H&H King, said: “When people initially require the services of an Estate agency, their first action may well be to access the internet.  We have excellent websites, but here at H&H King we feel that giving people the opportunity to promote their property through a high street window and the opportunity to explain to an agent face to face exactly what they are looking for proves extremely beneficial to sellers and buyers. The personal and professional policy allows a relationship to be built based on trust and knowledge. The new prominently located office will allow us to build on our high reputation based on strong principles, whilst engaging in northern technology and trends.”

The entire team at H&H King have a very in depth understanding of the Housing and Property market across Northern Cumbria. Increasing demands for their services and specialist knowledge of the property industry is a view shared by Manager, Piers Morton, who says:

“As a company, we strive to keep abreast of changing trends and to link this to the local market. We view this move as doing just that, providing the highest levels of experience to the area.”
