L-R: Tom Stammer (CRUK Accounts Chair), Helen Parsons (T&B Operations Manager), Paul Taylor (T&B Director), Ian Burton (T&B Director), Liz Harrison (CRUK Relay Event Chair for Carlisle & Eden Valley) and Pat Holden (CRUK Survivorship Chair).

[T]aylor & Braithwaite (T&B) celebrated in style for their 50th anniversary, hosting a gala dinner at the prestigious Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa in Windermere.

T&B set out to host this event not only to recognise their achievements over the last 50 years but they thought it would be a brilliant opportunity to raise money for a well deserving charity, Cancer Research UK (CRUK).

The event was celebrated by friends, family, suppliers and customers from all over the country and Europe, guests proved to be great company and very supportive to the evenings cause. T&B and their guests raised a total of £34,015.66p for CRUK.

Representatives from CRUK visited T&B recently to collect the fundraising cheque. Liz Harrison from CRUK said: “this is an amazing amount of money to be raised and it will be put to use immediately as finding ways to prevent cancer is so important.”
