[P]olice are investigating a fail to stop road traffic collision. The incident occurred on Strand Street, Whitehaven, between 12:45pm and 1:30pm today, Friday, 24th November 2017.
A white coloured vehicle has collided with a stationary, red, Kia, Optima, that was parked unattended in a Disabled Bay.
