[P]olice are investigating a crime of theft that occurred sometime between 17:00 hours on Friday 24th November and 17:00 hours on Sunday 26th November 2017 at St Johns Church, Washington Street, Workington.
The unknown offender has taken a large amount of slate from the church grounds. A red transit panel van has been seen acting suspiciously in the area during the time of the theft.
