[P]olice are investigating an assault which occurred at approximately 4am, on Friday, 15th December 2017, on The Crescent, Carlisle.
A male and a female sustained minor injuries.
The suspect has been described as a white male, 5ft 10 to 6ft tall, approximately 18-years-old, skinny build, with short dark hair, clean shaven, and he was wearing a dark grey zip up top with a hood.
