[D]ue to ongoing adverse weather conditions, there will be no refuse and recycling collections in Carlisle today (Thursday 1 March).
A Carlisle City Council spokesman said: “Weather permitting, we will catch up on missed collections this weekend.
“Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.”
