[P]olice are currently dealing with a jack-knifed lorry between Allonby and Silloth.
Officers were called to the incident near to Dubmill Point, at 9.59am this morning.
The road is closed between Allonby and Silloth, and is expected to be so for some time.
The situation remains the same on the M6, and motorists are still being advised only to travel where essential.
