[A] man from near Penrith has appeared before District Judge Gerald Chalk sitting at Carlisle Magistrates Court.
Andrew Paul Lanham, 70, of Stoddah Bank, Penruddock is charged with causing the death of Frank Lee by dangerous driving on February 28, 2017 on the C3031 road at Ulcat Row near Ullswater.
Lanham was allegedly driving a Ford motor vehicle at the time of the collision, no plea was taken today and Lanham will next appear at Carlisle Crown Court on May 29.
No details were given to the court about the accident.
