[P]olice are investigating an incident in Kendal on Friday 27th April 2018.
At 4:14pm, Police received a report of a 12-year-old girl having been chased by another 12-year-old girl who allegedly threatened her with a knife. This happened around the area of Anchorite Fields.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Officers arrested a 12-year-old girl who has since been released under investigation whilst officers continue with their enquiries.
“Officers would like to hear from anyone in the area at the time or who has information which may assist.”
