A cyclist was seriously injured in a collision in West Cumbria.
The incident happened at Keekle Terrace in Cleator Moor on Friday, July 3, at around 4.45pm and also involved a white Kia car.
The car and cyclist were both travelling from the direction of Cleator towards Hensingham.
The cyclist, a man in his 50s, suffered serious injuries requiring hospital treatment.
The driver of the car, a man aged 39 from Whitehaven, was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by driving without due care and attention.
Police said he was released under investigation while enquiries continue.
