[T]he Nuclear Industry Benevolent Fund has recently celebrated it’s 60th anniversary and one of the things they have done during the anniversary year is to work with foodbanks in Warrington and North Lakes, donating £5000 to each of them to support their Holiday Lunch Packs 4 Kids initiative.

It is hoped that by working in partnership with foodbanks in locations where there are likely to be a higher volume of people who have worked in the nuclear industry that this would raise awareness of the Fund and reach those who may be in need.

TNIBF is a registered charity helping people who work or have worked in the UK Nuclear Industry in times of financial difficulty.  Ill health, loss of a partner, redundancy are just examples of things that can put extra strain on finances.  The Fund can provide support during those times and you don’t need have contributed to apply for help.

For Further Information contact 01925 633005 or get in touch via the @Contact Us@ section on the website www.tnibf.org. All enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence.
