[P]olice investigating a serious assault in Carlisle have released a CCTV image of a person they would like to speak to.
The incident occurred on the 26th July at approximately 4.20pm where a 35-year-old man, from Carlisle, suffered serious facial injuries as a result of an assault at the car wash on Water Street.
Police would like to speak to the man picture in the CCTV footage as part of their investigation.
