A CCTV image has been released after a report of harassment in a Cumbrian village.

It was reported that a vehicle’s wing mirrors were damaged outside Haw Bank in Stainton, near Penrith, between April 28 and May 10.

Police said they want to identify the man captured by CCTV as they believed he was in the area at the time and may be able to help with their investigation.

Anyone with information relating to this incident can report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it, quoting incident number 237 of 11 May 2026 or call 101.

Alternatively contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
