Police are appealing for information following a report of a number of people fighting in the street.
It was reported to have happened on Ulverston Road in Dalton at about 9.45pm on Saturday September 1.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “One suspect was arrested on suspicion of assault and criminal damage and another was arrested on suspicion of assault. Both were bailed while investigations continue.”
