[A]t 7:57pm yesterday, Sunday 9 September six fire engines from Ulverston, Barrow, Walney, Broughton and Grange along with a water bowser from Penrith and Aerial Ladder Platform from Barrow attended a fire involving a barn along Tarn Flatt, Marton near Ulverston.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Firefighters used three main jets and three hose reel jets.
“Crews were in attendance for six hours and thirty minutes.”
