Police are investigating an attempted robbery incident that occurred on the B5300 Allonby to Maryport road on Saturday 8th September at 6.15pm.
The incident involved a green Volkswagen Amorak and a white Ford Transit Tipper Van.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Police are looking to speak with anyone who may have seen the distinctive green Volkswagen with chrome roll bars.”
