A man who previously lived in Carlisle has appeared at the magistrate’s court on Rickergate, Carlisle, accused with a total of seven-offences under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
There are four-allegations of engaging in sexual activity with a girl aged between 13 to 15 years; also three-allegations of, causing to incite a girl between 13 to 15-years to engage in sexual activity, there are various dates given for the alleged offences, court – papers list them as between January 23, 2010 and January 22, 2012, court papers also show the alleged offences took place in Carlisle.
Aaron Wright, 27, gave his address to the court today as Comon Gardens, Methil, Fife, Scotland, as these accusations are ‘indictable only’ he will next appear before a judge at Carlisle Crown Court on October 12.
No-pleas were entered today (Tues) and he was granted unconditional bail until the Crown Court date.
