Police are investigating an incident of assault that occurred on the A66, close to the Pelican crossing at the Stainburn Roundabout on the 25th September at around 4pm.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Police wish to speak to the female witness that had helped the male victim and spoke to Ambulance staff about the vehicle the suspect has left in.”
Anyone with information or if you witnessed or are the woman who assisted in the incident should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers
