Police are investigating an incident involving a dog which has bitten a young boy aged 12 causing a minor injury.
This occurred at approximately 5:30pm on Friday 21st September on Friars Lane, Barrow.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The dog involved was a black Staffordshire bull terrier.
“If anyone has witnessed anything or any information in relation to this incident please contact the police.”
