Prue Leith

Great British Bake Off judge Prue Leith will be signing her brand new book, ‘My All-Time Favourite Recipes’ at two of the Booths stores.

Signings will take place in Booths Windermere at 10am and Booths Keswick at 2pm on the 25th of November, perfect timing to pick up your foodie loved ones a Christmas gift.

This is Prue’s first cookery book in twenty-five years, she has woven intimate and witty stories from her life around many of the recipes. Celebrating the food we all want to make at home.

Her new book is filled with quick-to-whip-up suppers and dinner party showstoppers, you can expect an array of dishes from your favourites, to lazy leftovers, meat-free meals and a fresh take on the classics. There’s also a chapter of puds, inspired by Prue’s time on Bake Off.

She draws on a life-long passion for food with a hundred recipes from her own kitchen table. From Fast Roast Teriyaki Lamb or Slow-cooked Ratatouille, her book is full of fuss-free dishes that Prue has cooked countless times for friends and family.

Prue has been at the top of the British food scene for nearly 60 years, she has seen huge success as the founder of Leith’s School of Food and Wine, she is also a TV cook, food journalist, novelist and cookery book author. She is well known as a judge on The Great British Menu and more recently, The Great British Bake Off.
