At 9:02am today, Thursday 22 November two fire engines from Carlisle attended a fire on Scotch Street, Carlisle.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Firefighters used two breathing apparatus wearers, one hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
“A positive pressure ventilation fan was used to ventilate the property.
“Crews were detained for approximately 50 minutes.”
