At 2:41pm two fire engines from Whitehaven and Egremont fire stations attended a garage fire at Low Mill, Egremont.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “The fire was extinguished using one hosereel jet.
“Fire crews were on scene approximately two hours.”
