Cllr Joan Wright, Chair of the Council’s Culture Committee commented, ‘This annual event is an opportunity to try new activities and sports completely free of charge and all sessions are led by professional instructors. Our aim is to get people out of the house and active and as this event has such a variety of activities, there is something for everyone ’.

Thanks go to New Balance and Sport England for providing additional funding to support Workington Go.

Everyone is welcome to come along and have a go.  Some activities do have a minimum age restriction, so please check on our website when booking.

Sessions can be booked at www.visitworkington.com/workingtongo or by calling Workington Town Council on 01900 702986.
