Police are investigating a serious assault which occurred around 6:30pm on Sunday 7 April on Highfield Ave in Carlisle.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “A male victim suffered substantial injuries to his face.
Police are looking for any witnesses who saw the assault occur.
