At around 10.30pm yesterday (12th September) police received a report of three 19-year-old men who are not local to Cumbria, locked in the grounds of Carlisle Castle.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Fire attended the scene and the men were let out.
“No one was hurt during the incident.”
