Police are investigating a burglary which occurred sometime between 6pm – midnight on 18th December on Parkside Road, Kendal.
Christmas presents were stolen from the house, some of them later being dumped at the back of Castle Stores. The presents taken included:
- David bowie books
- £150 gift vouchers, including: Asos vouchers, Boots vouchers, Claire’s Accessories and an Xbox voucher
- A Joules top – red and white stripes with a Robin on the pocket
- 3x settee throws – 2 x grey furry covers, 1 x dark grey fleece
- A Sainsbury’s dress, grey with a pink crisscross
- Personalised child’s book
- Children’s top – Bowden with a bunny on the front, with pink and white stripes.
- Children’s David Bowie book,
- Children’s Stephen Hawkins book
- A floor puzzle about the alphabet
- A peg puzzle (Le Toys make)
- Crystal noir Versace perfume
- Build your own dinosaur
- Lego fire engine
- Jurassic park snap cards
- Gruffalo socks
- Rucksack – with a bear on the back Mulon Rottier brand
- Children’s dinosaur figures
- Tambourine – this was in a wooden box with maracas
Police are appealing for anyone with information or anyone who may have been offered these items for sale to contact Kendal CID on 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting log 217 of 18th December.
