Boy, 14, hurt in Ulverston collision

Police are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision that occurred at 8:15am on Tuesday 7th January on Springfield Road near to the junction with The Drive, Ulverston.

The collision involved a pedestrian and a car described as small black car.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The pedestrian, a 14-year-old boy from Barrow suffered an arm injury.

“The driver of the vehicle was a woman with dark hair and glasses.”
