Police are appealing for witnesses to a public order offence which occurred yesterday (27th February) at about 4.30pm, outside Loft House apartments on Kent Street, Kendal.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “An altercation happened in the street between three men believed to be aged between 18-20 years old. It was reported that one of the men had a knife.”
