A major Cumbrian drink supplier to the hospitality industry has decided to open their doors to the general public launching a new click & collect service.

Grapevine part of Caterite Food and Wineservice Ltd has launched a click & collect service from its site in Threlkeld in response to a customer satisfaction survey and over 14,000 account requests from Caterite’s Click & Collect service, which launched 6 weeks ago.

Grapevine are based in Threlkeld, the heart of the lake district and stock a huge range of alcohol lines including a portfolio of 700 wines, 500 spirits, 100 beers & lagers, 35 ciders, 20 ready-made cocktails, and 150 soft drinks all available to order for next day collection in five simple steps.

The new service offered by Grapevine will follow the same five step order process as Caterite which includes registering an online account, which is activated, allowing people to place an order and pay online. Collection day and time can also be selected online at checkout. A member of the Grapevine team will deliver the good to the customer’s vehicle when they arrive with zero physical interaction.

Grapevine’s collection service will start this Thursday; however, account requests are being accepted today!
