Police are appealing for witnesses to a robbery, which occurred on Engine Lonning, Coledale Meadow, Carlisle at approximately 10am today (May 4).
It is reported that two males had approached an elderly man and threatened him with violence, leading to his Omega watch and a golden double buckle 14ct ring being taken.
The watch is described as an Omega constellation watch, which was silver in colour, it had a square face and a white dial with gold numbers.
One of the males is described as white, 5ft 11ins, slim build, approximately 15-18 years old, wearing a black baseball cap, a black snood covering his face, a black hoodie, dark blue joggers and blue trainers. He also had black gloves on and was riding a black mountain bike.
The second male is described as white, slim build, wearing a black baseball cap, a snood covering his face, black clothing and was also riding a mountain bike.
