Police are investigating a public order offence which occurred on the 4th May 2020 sometime between 3-4pm at the Post Office on Scotch Street, Carlisle in the City Centre.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The offender is described as a white woman between 50-60 years old, with short brown hair and wearing a beige coat. She was also reported to be carrying a large brown shopping bag.”
Anyone who witnessed this incident, or anyone with information is asked to call PC 2626 on 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting log 70 of the 5th May.
