Police are investigating an incident where a woman was bitten on the leg by a Collie type dog.
The incident occurred around 2:30pm on Saturday 2nd May in a wooded area at Hayton, Townhead, near the A69.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The owner of the dog is an unknown male.”
