A MAN accused of supplying heroin in Carlisle has appeared in court in the city.
Simon James Heslop, 39, faces one charge.
This alleges that he supplied a quantity of the class A controlled drug to another, in Carlisle, on September 30 last year.
Heslop appeared before District Judge Gerald Chalk at North and West Cumbria Magistrates’ Court this morning (FRI).
No plea was entered to the charge, and the case was committed by the district judge to Carlisle Crown Court.
Heslop, of Meadow View, Harraby, Carlisle, is next due to appear in front of a judge at the crown court on July 13, and was bailed in the meantime.
