POLICE are investigating the attempted theft of a rucksack from a bench outside the Crown & Mitre hotel on English Street. The incident occurred on 17 August at around 9:50pm.
The suspect is described as a white adolescent, 5ft 7in tall, with short dark hair and he was wearing a grey hooded top, with a black gilet and red trainers. He was seen riding an electric scooter at the time of incident.
