Police are appealing for witnesses of an incident of assault on the A590 near to the Dalton roundabout on Friday 11th September at 7.35am.
A dark green people-carrier sized vehicle stopped abruptly in the road, three male occupants got out and assaulted a lone male occupant of a silver ford connect van which had been travelling behind the green car.
