Police have confirmed that the body of Joan Twentyman, 88, was found in the area of Barrock Court, shortly after 5.50pm today (September 11).
Joan went missing from her home in the Barrock Park area of Southwaite, Carlisle this morning (11 Sept) at around 11.15am.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The death is not being treated as suspicious and the family have been informed.”
