Police are investigating an incident of public order that occurred on 15th November at around 6pm in the area of the A595, near Peter Lane, Carlisle.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “A man driving a van with a puncture, in a dangerous manner and causing danger to other road users.
“Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone with dash cam footage.”
