Police are investigating a road related offence that occurred at 12:20pm on 20th November on Ironworks Road and continued onto Walney Road, Barrow.
Involved in the incident was a red Vauxhall Astra and a blue transit van which resulted in a collision.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone with dashcam footage to please get in touch.”
