A leading Cumbrian insurance broker has been awarded a top accolade by a customer ratings website.

H&H Insurance Brokers has been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award for the second year in a row.

Firms are rated by customers online via Feefo and the best are given awards for excellence and those which deliver exceptional experiences.

Businesses who meet the high standard, based on number of reviews collected and average rating, receive the accreditation.

Paul Graham, managing director of H&H Insurance Brokers, said: “We are all absolutely thrilled to receive this highly-regarded accreditation once again from Feefo.

“To receive this platinum award for the second year in a row is an incredible honour, and the team should be so proud because it is based purely on the feedback of our clients.

“To be recognised as an insurance broker who managed to continue providing an extremely high level of service over what has been a year of many significant challenges really is fantastic, and we will certainly use this award as momentum to carry us forward into 2021.

“I would like to take this chance to thank all of our clients for their wonderful feedback and ongoing patience this year, our staff for their unstinting support, and Feefo for allowing us to continually strive to improve.”
