Got a question about your home energy use and how to stay warm this winter? Perhaps you’re baffled by your energy bills, outsmarted by smart meters, teed off by tariffs, or confused by your heating controls.

Whatever’s got you flummoxed on the home energy front, get answers at a free online drop-in with the Cold to Cosy Homes Cumbria team.

These friendly, knowledgeable advisers from Cumbria Action for Sustainability are opening their doors (virtually!) for three online Q&A sessions in February and March – all open to everyone.

Tue 23 February, 3pm

Wed 3 March, 3pm

Wed 24 March at 7pm

Even if you don’t have a question, you’re welcome to come along and pick up information that could save you money and help you make your home warmer.

The experienced advisers help people across Cumbria with questions on all sorts of topics:

* Understanding your energy bills or usage
* How to set your boiler controls and heating timer
* All about smart meters – what they are and how you get one
* Ways to save energy at home
* How to keep your home warm
* Understanding energy tariffs
* Finding and sealing out draughts

Whatever your question, the answers could save you money and energy.

Just register online and then come along to ask your question. You’re welcome to stay for the whole session and hear the answers to other people’s questions, too.

To register for one of the sessions, visit cafs.org.uk/events.

Can’t make the dates? You can still get advice. Find out more about Cold to Cosy Homes Cumbria at cosyhomes.org.uk or call the team on 01768 216500.
