Two men have been charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis.
Qiu Chen, aged 23, of Bromsgrove Street, Birmingham and Robert Leung, aged 65, of Bromsgrove Street, Birmingham were charged after officers stopped a vehicle on the M6 near junction 37 on February 20.
The vehicle an Audi was searched by officers and a large amount of cannabis was located in the vehicle.
Both were due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates this morning.
