A football academy is preparing to open the doors of its new 7500sq ft indoor coaching site.
No Limit Football Coaching has been granted planning permission for its academy to open a unit at Kingmoor Park Central.
The site offers more than 7,500sqft of flat indoor space, enough room to carry out multiple training sessions, install an indoor ‘3G’ artificial pitch and keep an area for other fitness equipment.
Carlisle-based No Limit Football Coaching was launched in 2017 by Joshua Usher.
They focus on individual, small group technical sessions and unique classes as well as putting a big focus on their players’ fitness training.
“This has been a really challenging year for so many sports groups,” explained Joshua.
“Of course, we are not exempt from this as we have been forced to stop and start many times because of the pandemic but also because the changing weather has made it impossible to train outdoors.
“The unit that we have moved to on Kingmoor Park means that we are able to grow the academy by offering a spacious 3G pitch. We can also keep everyone safe as there is plenty of room to maintain social distancing. We have so many plans for the facility and can’t wait to see what we can do in the future.”

Their new base is set to officially open on April 12 and will be located on Kingmoor Park Central just off the A689.
Kingmoor Park is Cumbria’s only enterprise zone and is home to more than 150 businesses.
Neil McIntyre, Kingmoor Park properties managing director said: “Josh, Sadie and the team have a great passion and enthusiasm for what they do and it’s always great to support these businesses move to the next level of their aspirations.
“The fact they are doing this after such a turbulent year for their industry shows the dedication they have for bringing a long-term offering to the people of Carlisle and beyond.
“This is another great addition to Kingmoor Park that adds to the diversity of offering and sense of community that we are trying to achieve here and we can’t wait to see this business going from strength to strength.”
