Police are probing a public order incident after a man threatened a woman.
Officers are investigating the altercation on the Promenade in Maryport at about 9.30am on March 8.
It was reported that a male cyclist, who had a collie dog with him, used threatening behaviour towards a woman.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident.
