Story Homes has been awarded a five-star customer satisfaction rating by leading bodies in the housebuilding industry.
Results from the national new homes customer satisfaction survey – carried out by the Home Builders Federation and the National House Building Council – said more than nine in 10 customers would recommend the builder to a friend.
More than 76,000 questionnaires were sent out to new build purchasers across the UK.
Story Homes also received a gold rating from for customer service from In-house, the customer satisfaction research body for the residential property sector.
Colin Wood, chief operating officer at Story Homes, said: “To achieve five-star builder status and such a high level of customer satisfaction, especially considering the extraordinary circumstances of the past year, is a fantastic achievement for our business.
