
Police are appealing for information after reports that a drunk jogger-wearing man threatened a member of the public and demanded money.
Officers are investigating an incident in Carlisle city centre on March 29 at 6pm.
It was reported that a heavily intoxicated white man wearing grey jogging bottoms and a blue jumper was approaching members of the public and threatening them, demanding money.
A 34-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of using threatening behaviour with intent to cause fear.
He was released under investigation.
