A Cumbrian golf club was targeted just days after it was permitted to reopen.
Police are investigating the burglary at Cockermouth Golf Club just after midnight today.
It is reported that unknown offenders broke into a storage shed and attempted to steal machinery.
Anyone with information or who witnessed the incident is encouraged to contact police on 101, quoting log number 4 of March 31.
