Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was grabbed by her hair and dragged around in Egremont on Thursday.
Cumbria police are investigating the alleged assault, which was reported to have happened at around 2pm at the bus stop on Main Street.
A woman aged in her 30s has been grabbed by the hair by another woman and dragged around causing hair loss and soreness.
Police are appealing for any witnesses that may have been present at the time to come forward.
