An intentional fire at a playground in Barrow is believed to have caused more than £20,000 in damage.
Police are investigating an incident of arson at the playground on Stanley Road at about 7.30pm on May 10.
During the incident, part of the slide was set alight and the blaze quickly spread to the climbing frame. It is believed that five people were involved in the incident and anyone who is able to identify them is urged to get in touch.
The damage caused is believed to be in excess of £20,000.
Officers would like to thank the community for the anonymous information that has been reported so far.
