Look at this stunning photograph of a solar eclipse – taken from a garden in Brampton.
Photographer Paul Grindley, of Brampton, captured the shot from his garden yesterday.
“After all of the sunny weather we have had recently it was always a good chance it would be cloudy on the day of the solar eclipse, but luckily I caught a gap in the cloud and managed to take this shot of the almost maximum eclipse at 11.09am,” he said.
“This was my second solar eclipse I have photographed; the other was back in 2015. I also got the Lunar Eclipse back in 2019.
“I was happy to get the shot as conditions were against me with cloudy skies, but I persevered and got lucky with a very brief break in the cloud at the right moment to get a couple of shots.”
